As per the ACCC recommendations, I do not accept returns if you have a change of mind. If I’ve accidentally sent the wrong product or your product is faulty please contact me straight away and I will arrange to replace the artwork. I also do not accept exchanges if you have not taken note of the scale and measurements to see if this will be suitable for your needs.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the parcel and then photograph the damaged art inside.
I do not accept any returns based on artwork aging or being affected by environmental factors including humidity, mould and light.
